Yeah.. I wash my hair at the first of the shower with N2 and let it sit while I wash everywhere else then rinse all together.

i let it sit for my entire shower (10min) and i notice my hair texture is changing and its only been one week, not to mention this stuff smells awesome it makes me wanna eat chocalate cake.
