ok im planning on gettin some Liporexin and thermorexin for cuttin the extra fat that I need to get rid off. I'm going to play basetkabll monday through friday (2 hours a day), saturday and sunday im gonna do sprints and jogging so that should take care of my cardio dont you guys think?

then for gaining muscle while Im on lipo and thermo im gonna get some protein which I still dont know which one I should get but im just gonna go to the store and pick one up(hopefully they can help me out there) Im gonna be working out 6-7 days a week and I got it pretty much planned out.

I was also thinking on adding some gplenish once it comes out again on sept 10th...

anything else you guys would recomend? glucorell R maybe?

im 6'5' around 230lbs and Im trying to get rid of most of the fat and start building muscle... do you guys think it can be done at the same time or should I first try to get rid of the fat and then start workin on building muscle

aright all the suggestions are welcome

The keys to building muscle and losing fat are good diet, moderate cardio, and a good weight training program. Just don't over do any of them. 20 minutes of cardio at target heart rate is fine.

Hi Sconoscuito

I think your on the money with as far a supps go

we have actually been getting alot of questions in regard to combining Lipo-T-rex, with Gplenish and Glucorell R .

indeed the connection between Gplenish and Glucorell R is becoming established as a natural lean mass supp regimen

personally I would throw some creatine in the mix as well

add on some good protein powder, and quite frankley you will be set =)

as far as Glucorell R dosage the consensus seems to be one cap per 30 grams of carbs

for the Gplenish take 3 heaping tablespoons a day

and for creatine 10 grams a day should suffice.

low in cost and effective..........

now on to the Lipo and T -rex I think they would indeed help in maintaining a lean environement even while injesting foods that are not perfect

and from the workout perspective the added focus could not hurt either

Thermos are not my fortay so any other opinion would be welcome

also I think that you can do both do your cardio, and lift basically and your body will transform in time, you got all the components there

above all best of luck

:)

ps betwenn the 10th and 19 there will be a limited supply of Gplenish

and after the 19th the Gplenish will flow

so on the 10th who ever orders in time gets it in first? first come first serve or hows it going to work?

also what do you guys think is a good creatine brand that I could pick up at the store.

oh and just to make sure glucorell R is for helping muscles recover.. am I right?

To answer your question regarding fat loss and muscle gain at the same time....Sure it can be done simultaneously. It has worked for me in the past, but only after years of failed attempts and the body composition changes were always so modest. Just slight muscle gain along with slight fat loss. It is much easier to concentrate on one and not the other and best to start with the fat loss part.

If you have a sigificant amount of fat to loose then plenty of cardio with modest weight training (don't concentrate on setting PR's, just got for a couple of sets of 10-12 reps/body part 2x a week) will show you enough changes in body composition to make you happy. After all, once you start getting rid of the fat the muscle tone that is revealed can be pretty rewarding on its own...

Glucorell R is for helping for carbs managment it works by
being a glucose uptake enhancer , thus you can use it to help you prevent carbohydrates from making you fat by disposing of them. Glucorell R makes your muscle cells accept several times more glucose than you do now. By causing the muscle cells to take up so much more glucose you are preventing it from going to the fat cells.

as for creatine a good micronized creatine will do.
I took SportPharma's Creatine

as for the Gplenish Orders its first come first serve as on the 10th.

again after the 19th it will flow:)

okay well I decided to go with this and gonna order it today... neurogenix just seemed a good addition for fall semester:)... I never thought something like that existed but im gonna try it out...

Glucorell R
Liporexin
Neurogenex
THERMOREXIN

then im gonna add some protein and creatine to that from a local store, I read some about NOZ so if i'll find that i'll try to get that...

as for losing fat and gaining muscle I did try that last summer and I have to say it almost worked but then I got injured and went back to college so now its time to do waht I once tried to do.

while I was posting this I found this "Designer Whey Protein Supplement" on AF store so I think i'm just gonna go with that, or you guys wouldnt suggest gettin it?

the stack you have is good. though the emphasis is fat loss (and mental performance :) )

designer is a mixed whey isolate and whey concentrate, its good protein. You might also want to add some whey isolate and micellar casein which you can get from www.proteinfactory.com. they plain proteins and flavored "blends"- really depends on what you want. you can also get a high quality creatine(found under supplements) and dextrose (found under carbohydrates) to go with it.

aright thanks macro... well time to get started again..

question is, are you looking for simplicity? convenience? the easiest is MRP's some of which are quite good (more expensive, but also more convenient)

no I dont care aboiut that I just wanna get to work and have soemthing to give me that little push that I need. the supps that I am about to order sound ideal so I might aswell give it a try and see what happens but I know where Ive been and with this I have a feeling Im gonna go longer ways.. plus my body has matured this year so I think I will see better results..
