if you were to design a whey protein..what would you put in it??
this is the formula Im thinking of as far as main components
per scoop
25gms protein
15 gms carbs
2 gms fat
3 gms creatine
3 gms glutamine
500mg ALA
A product Im considering marketing..open to name suggestions as well..if there is aname I like and use..the person will recieve free products

I'd much rather just buy the glutamine and all that separately but many people like buying it all in one.

For protein I'd use 100% whey isolates. Don't use a miniscule amount of the isolates and then cut it with cheap hydroslates just to fulfill your label requirements. Then again, most don't know the difference and could care less as logn as its cheap so do what you want.

crushed up dbol:D

being serious though..i have no idea..i guess what you put would be good as long as it is high in protein and low in carbs.

to many carbs..15gms..60% of your meal should be carbs..good quality carbs..when dieting for a show..I do 50gms protein per meal and 40gms carbs

He's right....too many carbs. Most people just want protein from a protein powder...thus the name. If you need carbs you can easily get quality sources by simply adding a little oatmeal to your shake or some fruit...personally I would either make it low carb (under 5 or 6) and call it a protein powder or go ahead and make it higher (like nlarge) and call it a meal replacement
Just my thoughts

Oh and by the way, most carbs in protein powders are not "good quality carbs". their either sugar or maltodextrin which are both high on the GI,
