need your help with possible cycle

Hi I'm new here. I just came back from the docs office. I have had really bad pain in both my shoulder for a few years now. Turn out it tendonitis in both shoulder. He said just don't strain them for a few months and I should be fine. I'm a construction worker so good luck with that. So he suggested that I should try to build up my upper body. I have never been able to gain much weight. Im 6-2 and have all ways been around185. The most I have ever been able to get to is 190. That was eating like a horse for 6 months. So I've been looking into doing a couple cycles to build my self up. Hoping that is will be a little easier to maintain once I'm their. Thinking of this or is it two much for me. Not looking to go crazy 195 200.

I'm not to sure of dosing or time frames for taking these. If someone can help point me in the right direction I would be very great full. One other thing where would be the best place to offer from. I live in Canada. Thank for any help.

You can easily build up your upper body in a more natural way, and steroids aren't the best idea when you have a health conditions.

In your situation, some guys have used a combination of Deca Durabolin and proper diet, training and lifestyle changes; however, I would suggest you start without the deca and change your life a bit. Try to gain naturally.

Guarantee most don't understand the construction lifestyle here in Alberta. There is no " I can't come to work" or can I do paperwork for a month" it's put out or be replaced. I too have had nagging injuries from construction work but I'm happy to say today I am nearly pain free:) a few things I have used to help out. Creatine, glutamine( like 20 grams a day) animal flex packs, and tb500 and ostarine. I took anavar at 20 Mgs a day also for an extended period of time too but I don't recommend that nor do I know how much it actually contributed to helping. Cissus rx is an incredible joint compound too. I also take about 5X the recommended fish oils a day and eat sardines and salmon on a regular basis on top of that. Igf1-lr3
Has great healing properties too but I think that's a little out of your league at the moment.

fish oil, and gluc is great .. also eating foods high in omega's. a lot of people not only fail to eat omega rich foods, but they eat foods that are inflammatory and that take away omega's and vitamins out of the body
