My partner is going to compete in arm wrestling competition in the next 3 months, he has 3 cycle under his belt.
He is looking for 60 pounds of weight gain in 3 months, not neccessary lean mass just water weight or fat.
Stat 230 LBS , 5'8 Training for 8 years
diet 700 carbs, 300 protein, fat 200
What cycles are recommended, is insulin neccessary for 60 lbs in 3 months, or just go with lots of calorie dialy and simple steroids cycle?
because he is currently gain only 2 lbs a week with
600 test c weekly, 400 eq.
should he increase test to 1000 and 600 eq then throw in 80 mgs dbol dianly ?
or switch to test e 750 deca 600 dbol 80?
