Need to vent: drivers in the rain

Seriously, what is wrong with people? Today is the first day we have had rain since May and I think everyone forgot how to drive. There are like 20 accidents and it is taking everyone an extra 30 min to get to work. How do people forget how to drive in only a few months?

What always amazes me is when it raining like crazy and I can't hardly see out of my windshield even with the wipers on Hi.

Suddenly these fools go flying by me doing the speed limit or more. Especially huge trucks..

I'm just waiting to see them up the road a bit wrapped around a tree.

Blades need to be replaced every six months. Especially in FL, the hot sun just kills them. That should help! Seriouslly!

Can someone tell me why people have to come to almost a complete stop when they see a car in the emergency lane of the interstate?

I have had this happen 3 nights in a row on the way to my gym. Traffic will be moving along and then up ahead there will be brake lights. You figure there must be an accident, but then you get up there and it's a car on the side of the road, a tow truck already there, and people slowing down to look. Sorry folks, no blood and gore here, maybe you can get a thrill at the next one.

I have new blades on a new truck, but as anyone that lives here knows some of our 2 Min downpours are so bad it does not matter...
