I just finished my first 8 week cycle using just Deca. It was amazing and I gained about 25 lbs of mass (mainly muscle). Which now puts me at 6'3" and 215 lbs. However, I also gained some fat around the midsection and am wanting to get rid of that as quickly as possible.
I am currently eating about 3500-4000 calories a day in 5 meals. I will obviously cut that down significantly to 2000 or less. I will also probably go the SouthBeach way and lose the carbs.
My goal is to get as shreadded as possible for a vacation to Thailand comming up in a couple of weeks. Are there any suggestions on a suppliment that can help me achieve the quickest results?
