Need to lean out....

I'm just about at the end of my cycle and put on a good bit of size, but I'm still carrying more fat then I'd like too. I need to drop about 25lbs of blubber to get me where I want to be. I'm 5'8" @ 250lbs...about 18% BF.

Started eating very clean this last week.....3 Met-Rx's/day, and 3 solid meals of chicken and rice (usualy 7-8oz chicken with about 3/4c cooked rice). I also take in a tablespoon or two of Flax oil daily.

Ok, a few questions. Should I start doing cardio 3-4 x week @ 30 minutes a session? Or should I let the diet alone lean me out? I don't want to lose weight too quickly and sacrifice my muscle and strength. Also, I take 5g creatine daily with 1 cup of grape juice(40g carbs). Should I drop the grape juice to avoid the excess carbs and slin spike? I'll keep my post workout meal the same which is a Met-Rx, 5g creatine, 200mg ALA, and 1.5 cups of grape juice.

I plan to start clen maybe next week doing 2 weeks on, two weeks off at about 6-7 tabs/day.

Any suggestions are appreciated.
 
To help keep muscle, speedwalk 3x a week and do some sprints 2x a week. Running is too catabolic. I think between diet/cardio/and clen it will come off easy. If it doesnt go talk to my two friends fina and winstrol.:)

Fina has been my workout partner these last 5 weeks :). Unfortunately I only have one more week before we go our seperate ways :(
 
yeah cardio sucks...i am cutting without it...with the muscle you got buily and a good diet you'll be fine
 
I think I might go without the cardio for now and see how far I get with the diet and clen alone.

Should I drop the grape juice that I take with my creatine?

It's all dosage dependent. At that dosage you do not have much to worry about. It will gove you a slight boost in metabolism and even cause some slight anabolism. Now if you take 50-150mcg daily, then it's another story.
 
drop the grape juice bro..take that shit with gatorade or something..all that shit about need excess carbs is bull. I used to take creatine with water and still got bloated...try the crystal clear efervecent creatine. Anyways, bro, fuck that do cardio. as long as you keep protein intake high, you shouldnt loose muscle...and think about it like this...your muscles will look bigger once you get ripped, even if you did loose a small amount of muslce. I know that i can't get ripped without doing cardio, so im starting my cutting/clean eating/cardio/diet now..good luck
 
I have the answer.........

take 6 weeks off of gear. Train your ass of, high reps and cardio eod. Don't really do a hardcore diet during these weeks.

During those 6 weeks get your mind focused on losing the fat and retaining muscle.

As soon as those 6 weeks are up, start Winny/Prop/Clen/ECA, very low cal diet and continue the cardio.

I know you're probably impatient about losing the fat, but the first step is focusing and getting your life in order. Make dropping the fat your #1 priority.

And a side note. It would be nice to think you can lose the weight without gear, but in all likelyhood, you'll lose too much muscle along with the fat. So just wait until its time to start up on a good "cutting" cycle before you go gungho........later

Here's a thought

How about a month in Somalia. Those guys are shredded to the bone. seriously though I agree with doing the cardio. With protein high should be mimimal loss of muscle besides being ultra leans adds 10 lbs to appearance. Leaner looks bigger and that's the truth unless your 125 and shredded LOL
