Need to get cut up quick!!

I mainly just need to lose the little beer pouch and show some abs more. Is there something I can take to tighten the skin a little and reduce the pouch a little? I need to do this as fast as possible.... like have it gone and looking good in a week or two. Is there anything specific I can take besides eating perfect? Like Hydroxycut or winny?
 
um dont eat for a week?

without info ummm Sit in a sauna and sweat some weight off, or yohimburn?

Diet consists of whatever I can find that is mostly healthy. Mainly just trying to stay away from sugars

Its easy bro, what you need to TAKE is a trip to the gym and meet Mr. Treadmill. Spend an hour with him... then come home and have some egg whites. :qt:

Forget drugs except for maybe a fat burner. Threadmill 4 x a wk, 60 to 90 minutes. Alternate 2 days incline 2 to 8 at 2.8 to 3.4 and 2 days incline 2 at 2.5 to 3.0. What you're trying to do is a mild cardio workout, this is where you will burn the most fat the quickest. Also remember to do abs 4 times a wk and follow a low carb low sugar diet. Good luck.

Bro, I'm 6'4" 248 with a little gut and I haven't touched juice in about 3years. You need to seriously reconsider your workouts and diet. Plus asking questions on here about how to lose a few pounds in a couple weeks is rather pointless. Most guys on here that can "tighten up the beer pouch" really know their own bodies and can dial it in when they need to. Learn more about what works for you by analyzing your diet and workouts. Only you know you.

It is not a gut by any means... just that little pouch thing below the button like I am beginning to see on way to many women.
I have a flat belly, just need to lose that
As for Mr. Tredmill.... I hate that asshole too but I guess I will go see him.
