can someone who has successfully put on weight (in a short period of time) share their meal plan with me? i eat like a pig, and i'm losing weight!!
i currently weigh 103 lbs at 5'5.
this what i'd eat on a normal day:
1) carnation instant breakfast shake
2) snack: chocolate/granola bar and two apples
3) two slices of pizza or whatever the uni caf has to offer and a salad
4) snack: granola bar/ chocolate bar
5) chicken breast with brocoli and rice/tuna salad sanwich with girlled vegetables/etc
6) before i go to bed: ice cream
^^ i should be gaining weight right??
