Try cutting off a limb, a leg should do the trick. Other than that diet and cardio is the only surefire way to quickly drop weight. Steroids wont work and if your 60lbs over weight its not a good health choice.

Lol nice one, anyway to the OP, if you have sixty pounds of fat you need to lose, you are not healthy enough to use steroids, the main reason being that the side effects are seriously amplified, more estrogen conversion, a massive strain on your already taxed heart etc... Any benefit you would get would not stack up too well against the huge risk you'd be taking, you should try the diet/nutition forum, people will be able to give you good advice there, for your own sake though, please do not go taking drugs that will strain your body when it is already strained by sixty pounds of excess fat....

OK seriously....OP the ONLY way to start dropping the weight is eating in a calorie deficit.
keep protein high ,fat low to moderate and carbs super low...just eat carbs before and after training.

need2slin is a genuinely a great product for anybody cutting body fat but your diet and dedication will be the deciding factor in you reaching your goals.
