need suggestion for 1st cycle

I have began a 6-week cycle of d-bol (supposedly 50mg tabs, they are orange and im still not sure if they are real), and was wondering what the best time to take them and with what. I just added it to the list of multi-vitamin tabs that i take each morning. I've been reading and some people chew the tabs, is this more effective? i've just been downing them with a protien shake and breakfast. Any help is appreciated
 
they're IP dbol...supposed to be good...they used to be back when they were white...not sure anymore.

Chewing is more effective, can't hure at least.

And I wouldn't do a dbol only cycle...wait until you're ready to do some form of injectible, they're safer. Also, at 6'1 175 I don't think you need to do a cycle to gain. Just get your diet, exercise, and rest in check and you'll grow.
 
They sound like ** tabs and they sound legit from what you've said. I have had great success with deca/dbol, but i'm sure most on here will tell you to add test. Your choice I guess, but I like deca much better. I usually like to split doses up as best I can throughout the day, but try to take a bunch like an hour or two before I go to the gym. Gives a good pump.

I was supposd to get injectable winny but the guy was out and he said this is more effective anyways. I'd be interested in getting somethin to add to my cycle but dont know where to get it from or what is best.
 
reason

the reason i wanted to do this was because i am playing football in the fall for a d3 college and i havent played in 5 years. I want to get up to 200-210 lbs and didnt think it'd be possible without it. I just started a 4500 calorie high carb/protien low fat diet to go along with the cycle

Winny is just as bad, I should have been more specific...I'd get some test or eq....then run it with dbol.

also the guy gave me 5 cialis pills, and they look identical to the d-bol... maybe made by the same company.. hopefully he didnt pull a prank and mix in a few into the d-bol bag, i dont want an 8 hour hard-on when im tryin to pump iron.. cuz i'd have to whoop some ass, lol
 
one last question

even if i dont add an injectable such as test or eq will i still get beneficial gains from the d-bol, or am i just waisting my time

You will make good gains, but then loose most of them because the gains from dbol are mostly water. Your best be to gain some solid keepable mass is to stack them with some test.

HOW ABOUT WITH SOME DECA AT 600MGS A WEEK?FOR SOLID GAINS,
 
I should clarify this. You will become very strong very quickly, but most of the size gains are from the water retention. You may keep some of the strength gains, and will keep more of both with the addition of test. You may want to add some clomid post cycle to help with recovery as well. Clomid will also aid with keeping your gains.
 
ahh i forgot

sorry not to add this. this is a d-bol with clomid post cycle. i got 14 clomid, said to take 1 a day post cycle to solidify gains. the clomid are white and say BL on them, supposed to be good from what the hookup said
 
5th day

5th day, im taking half in the mornin half before the evening workout. For some reaon im waking up with stomach pains, it was pretty bad the past few days. Today it was like nothing tasted good and I had no hunger at all. I was wondering if this is normal or if there is anything I can do, or if am doing somethin wrong maybe? Any ideas let me know
