Need Strength, not weight

Hello, I am posting this for my boss. What is a good supplement that I can get some strength from without gaining weight like I have with Creatine? I am a competetitive mountain biker, and I already have quite a large build for what I do, so I cannot afford to gain any weight. Any suggestions would be great, thanks!
 
Ru a XC/DH or Dual Slalom rider? I would say that in the XC case, then you would benefit from taking only small amounts of creatine. But if you are any of the later types of rider then why not use creatine in the way BB do. The added mass won't reduce your speed, take a look at the muscularity of sprinters for example,(in any case you'll be going downhill)

If your into pharmaceuticals (I expect maybe EPO), you could try cycling anavar.
