Need Sound Advise

O.K guys. I recieved alot of help already and I need just one more before I can begin. My stats are 5'1" 165 lb 27 years old. My goal is 220lb perhaps 230lb quickly.
Being new to the gear and i have a good source now. I just need to know what gear should I start with? How long my cycle should last? and what doses should I take per day and for how many weeks? I just need a good program to start my first cycle with. As the working out part goes I been working out 2-3 hours a day for 3 days each body part then isometrics on the 4th day. Then i begin my training all over again on the 5th day. Please give me some sound advice:)
 
First your diet must be in check... You need to have extra calories every day, and if you are on gear 1.5-2g of protein a day, the more the better essentially... Next your training should be in check, training 1-2 bodyparts a day, once a week, is better than training each bodypart twice a week... just make sure you hit it hard....
As for gear... A great, and popular, beginner cycle is a sust(or omna - same thing)/deca/dbol stack

Doses something like this:
Sustanon250/Omnadren250 @ 500mg/week, weeks 1-10
Deca @ 300-400mg/week, weeks 1-10
Dbol @ 30mg/day weeks 1-5

5'1" 230 ? holly shit....... bro if you wanna reach this soon well switch the Dbols for some a-bombs. Man take it easy, think about it, going from 165 to 230 thats kindda hard to do. Willyumyum cycle is good but I doubt you could reach your goal.
 
yeah, I do think 70-75 pounds in one cycle is very unrealistic... the cycle i put together for him would yield good results but i think he'd need like 3, 4, or 5 cycles to reach goals of that height... and he'd need to be REALLY dedicated in his diet and training as well...

I never said it would be easy:rolleyes: but if I see growth in 1 week instead of 3weeks. There the satisfication. Just a ultimate goal = ). And thanx fopr the replies Willy:D

Willy's advice is excellent. I have a few important things to add, if you already know this, oh well.

Certain androgenic steriods such as testosterone and dianabol can convert to estrogen, which can cause water retention and gynomastia (bitch tits). To combat this you need to take an anti estrogen. Arimidex is best and most expensive. Nolvadex and proviron also work, but are less effective. Clomid also works to some extent, but is least preferred.

Other steriods such as deca and trenbolone, can also cause these problems, but it is less common and is caused not by estrogen, but by progesterone. This is rare when using normal doses, such as 400 mg. per week of nandrolone. The anti estrogens mentioned above will not prevent it, but winstrol will.

Finally, most steriods, including testosterone, dianabol, and deca, will suppress your natural testosterone production (HPTA). If you do not take steps to recover this natural production post cycle, you will suffer a crash, which is no fun emotionally and will cause your hard earned muscle to atrophy. To recover natural production, you need "clomid therapy". In general, this means that after the steriods have pretty much cleared your system (the timing of this varies by steroid), you take clomid for 3 weeks or more. I recommend 350 mg. on the first day to get blood levels up to an effective level, followed by 50 mg. for the following 3 weeks.

O.K I am gonna go with Willies advice

and i am also going to pick up some Arimidex and Clomid. the wife is over seas for another 3 months so I believe I be coming off the first cycle when she is just coming home.
This is going to be my work out routine for the next few months.
Day 1
Legs and stomac
Squats
leg extensions
reverse leg extensions(hamstrings)
leg presses
standing calve raises
donkey lifts(calves)
regular sitted sit ups(wieghted)
inclined sit ups(wieghted)
side crunches (wieghted)
Day 2
Back and Biceps
bent over rows
pull downs
military presses
seated rows
back extensions(wieghted for lower back)
regular curl bar
seated dumb bell curl
preacher curl
Day 3
shoulders,chest triceps
inclined press
regular press
declined press
butterflies
chest extensions
(for those not familiar with this it helped me out alot in High school. You lay on yur back with the wieght lifting bar behind you. You bring up the bar slowly to above your chest keeping your arms straight. Then you do a regular bench press)
standing shoulder extensions
(standing you bring thee weighted bar directly in front of you keeping your arms staright and parrell to your shoulders and hold for 2-3 secs then repeat)
dumbbell extensions
(standing, dumbell traight and lifted to your sides keeping parrell to your shoulders. Wieght 2-3 sec)
laying down shoulder extensions
(laying on your stomac on the bench with dumbbells you are lifting the bars out and straight , parrell to your shoulders)

I DO THESE EXERCISES BECUASE I RELISE THE SHOULDERS ARE MADE UP OF THREE DIFFERENT MUSCEL GROUPS SO I TRY TO ISOLATE EACH ONE

bent over reverse curl(triceps)
standing reverse curl
( just have barbell behind head and extending it above head using triceps)
incined situps
declined sit ups
regular situps
side crunches
Day 4
I call these Isometrics so no flames please

Pretty much you stand in front of the mirror and flex each muscel and watch them explode each time for a good hour. I noticed this helps keeps the blood flowing to them and cuts you up alot.
Day 5
rest

THEN i START THE CYCLE ALL OVER BUT I START WITH EITHER DAY 2 OR 3 EXERCISES THAT WAY EACH GROUP HAS A WEEK TO RECUPERATE.

If you guys have any suggestions let me know. i am always pleased to hear sound advise.
