so, first off let me start by saying that i'm in college.
I'm currently 5"10 1/2 sitting at around 215-218 (varies) and around 13% bodyfat, the bf % was done by my doctor at a recent check up.
I'm 18 years old, and bodybuilding has completely changed my life. i went from 1.3 gpa's in 9th and 10th grade to 3.8 and 3.6 in 11th and 12th, which saved my ass and boosted my gpa enough to get accepted into a school. the discipline and dedication of bodybuilding has carried over into other aspects of my life.
I have only lifted for just under 2 years now, about 1 year and 9 months. and i've already achieved very nice gains. Last winter my arms measured at just slightly above 18 inches.
Everyone around me from my family to random people at the gym im a member of tells me that i have a chance to compete, and even win bodybulding competitions.
Clearly i'd have to cut down and all that fun stuff, which wouldnt be too hard because i dont do cardio as of right now more than 3 times a week for about 30 mins each time.
the reason i'm coming here is this:
me being a college kid and my family not being in any situation to help me out i can't afford a trainer or any of that stuff. not to mention i'm obviously not at a stage where i'm actually ready to compete. However, i'd like to test the waters and see if i really do have a shot at competing. Therefore, i'm coming to this board to ask advice on a good, solid bulking diet.
i want to use this winter to gain some more weight, and then cut down in the summer and see where i am from there.
If someone with experience in diets, etc. could please post me a full day's diet plan that i should follow for mass gain i would really appreciate it. I know the basics, but i'm ready to try this full force this time around and see where it takes me.
quite simply. outline me a plan and tell me what to eat at white times during the day, and what supps i should try to get.
thanks in advance for any help, and i would most definately be posting my results from any plans i might receive, just to keep you guys updated.
