im trying to cut up for summer and currently and using tren at 75 mg/ed and might be adding some liquidex in the future but for now i need a good diet to help me cut up and lose some of the fat i have acquired over winter workout. Im not good at the ratio crap like 40/40/30 and stuff if someone will just take the time to tell me what I should eat when and shit I will be ok and the foods i can replace with so i dont get tired of the same ol' shit! I have been eating clean I thought but my lazy ass hasnt hit cardio since football season ended so im gonna start that tom. Any help is great I just really want to cut up quick and any supplement advice to take is also welcome. Thanks bros Im just really pissed because I waited so long this year! Im 5'10 240lbs. I dont know bf% i just no im not fat i just want to get vascular and a little more cut quick!! Thanks again! I usually train between 3- 6 in the evening so if i train at 6 i dont get done til 8 so there is idea to help my schedule. THANKS AGAIN!!!
