need some real cutting diet help here!!

im trying to cut up for summer and currently and using tren at 75 mg/ed and might be adding some liquidex in the future but for now i need a good diet to help me cut up and lose some of the fat i have acquired over winter workout. Im not good at the ratio crap like 40/40/30 and stuff if someone will just take the time to tell me what I should eat when and shit I will be ok and the foods i can replace with so i dont get tired of the same ol' shit! I have been eating clean I thought but my lazy ass hasnt hit cardio since football season ended so im gonna start that tom. Any help is great I just really want to cut up quick and any supplement advice to take is also welcome. Thanks bros Im just really pissed because I waited so long this year! Im 5'10 240lbs. I dont know bf% i just no im not fat i just want to get vascular and a little more cut quick!! Thanks again! I usually train between 3- 6 in the evening so if i train at 6 i dont get done til 8 so there is idea to help my schedule. THANKS AGAIN!!!
 
You said it bro........your lazy.........you need to find out what diet suits you best by researching.

ok, so let me see if i got this straight....you are too lazy to count your calories/protein/carbs/fats and do cardio but you want to get ripped??? good luck bro. maybe you and "Scout420" should get together and get a clue
 
ok ass, i dont mean im lazy in a sense where i want to get ripped but dont want to sacrifice to do so. You need to look into the picture instead of wanting to flame as soon as you read. Im just not good at the ratio stuff I can follow plan outs of meals and things like that I just needed some info so that I dont cheat by eating something I think is ok when the truth is I dont need to be eating it. I just took off doing cardio about a month ago since football practice got through so i was saying it was hard to get back into the flow of things. If no one wants to try and help just flame even if its minor dont respond at all. I get so damn tired of everyone acting like they are pro's in this game and if the truth was known they dont look any better than your average joe on the street and dont hate because you know its true!!

BTW - the diet and supplement and training boards can help.
 
See the thing is Ive been a member of this board for a couple of years now. My number of post dont show it because the subject of gear is so controversial I dont feel comfortable sometimes giving advice on something I dont really know the true answer to. That is alot of peoples problem on here they act like they are pro's when they arent shit. Im not saying this about all people at all because I have read many many post over the years and yo ucan tell when someone knows what they are really talking about. I mean alot of peoples so called knowledge comes only from someone else's opinion. So who needs to do thier research. This is not towards you mike pt at all it just made me want to say some stuff. People on here see that someone doesnt have as many post as them or whatever so they think they are new on here or is a newbie in the game of bodybuilding or gear. Whatever the case maybe this board was made so that everyone could come together and share experiences and knowledge about the sport of bodybuilding and other things in that area. It just sometimes seems that sometimes people on here want to be God behind thier so called computer screens. Its just a con that if anyone that isnt stupid realizes that those fakes arent all that.

I agree with you bro but what can you do. Even when I came on here several months ago only I already knew alot more than enough people on here. True I have learned alot since then(a whole lot) but I already knew a great deal more than enough people on here judging by the material they wrote. Still though, through time you earn your respect on here(if you even care for it) and people come to know you as knowledgeable through the time you spend here and the advice you give out.
 
ok here goes, it will take some counting though

eat:

150g of carbs per day
360g of protein per day
low fat, as low as possible

1cup of dry oatmeal contains: 54g carbs, 10g protein, 5g fat
1/2lb of chicken breast (skinless, boneless) 50g of protein, 0 carbs, 4g fat
1 cup cooked brow rice: 50g carbs, 6g protein, 0g fats
2 medium baked potatoes: 50g carbs, 10g protein, 0g fats
1/2lb of turkey breas: 50g of protein, 0 carbs, 4g fats
2 scoops of isopure lowcarb whey: 50g protein, 0fats, 0-2g carbs
met-rx 37g protein, 2g fats, 19g carbs
1cat tune, 37g protein, 0fat, 0carbs (in water, not oil)
