Im debating on continuing on the palumbo diet (tweeked by me),
or adding in some carbs and slowly try to put on 5-8 pounds of muscle by next july. still keeping cardio at 60 minutes before breakfast
or should i start bulking up now, no junk food, 2-3 cheat meals per week which would be a sushi buffet post workout.
please, all opinions appreciated. i only weigh 160-163 if youre wondering, im 5'6, thats why, i look bigger according to my friends and people at the gym.
ive been dieting since march april ish this year, carb cycling, didnt work so well, cheated alot on high carb days, did 3 low, 1 high. then started palumbo keto style diet on August 24th. kinda late, dieting when the summer ended, but i had tattoo appointments that would keep me out of the gym for 2-3 days. had surgery on forearm in july and had stitches in for 2 weeks, then on laceration didnt heal right because of blood clot and had to wait another week, so that messed up my whole dieting this summer. word of advice for anyone who wants to get tattoo, do it in the winter time.
so let me hear what you guy think.
Also, for a bulk , i would like to do a test e/tren e/deca cycle, moderate doses, for those who know me, know i dont go crazy with the doses. also gonna through in dbol for 5 weeks.
if im gonna lean bulk, im just gonna run 250mg of test e every 4 days, and tren e 125mg every 4 days.
then my spring cutter would be test e/tren e/ masteron e.

. i dont mind drinking fat free milk, once i drink it for a week, im used to it, same with diet soda. i get your point, so i should gradually increase calories, i honestly can take in 6000-7000 calories no problems, it would take me 2-3 weks to get used to, but you think thats a bit too much right? should i add in 1 portion of carbs to my 6 meals and still keep my fats high (14-16 grams per meal from anpb, whole alomnds, evoo). and how much calories should i increase and how often?
