I need to make a new CD for a spinning class that will have a variety of different generations in the class.......gimme some good tunes, slow, fast, rap, rock, whatever............

Gosh.

I can't remember them. But do not put "It's Raining Men" on it because it will discourage me fro m attending.

The only song I really remember was the cool down song was Celine's "A New Day." And I dig Celine.

I'm no spinning expert, but I would think something semi-mellow to start like maybe the Theme to Rocky (Getting Strong Now) or Eye of the Tiger, followed by some thumping high pace techno...Chemical Bros....then to end the session a little Queen, We Are the Champs....

For the Techno-Part I can highly recommend anything by Safri-Duo...

Their songs are long-ass (avg. 8 minutes) and keep a 140-150 bpm pace... so good the the mid-part.

peace

Robert Miles Freedom
Yanni Man in Motion
Van Halen Jump
Kenny Loggins Footloose
Flashdance Maniac
Bee Gees Stayin' Alive
Lynyrd Skynyrd Sweet Home Alabama
Charlie Daniels The Devil Went Down to Georgia
ZZ Top Low Rider, Legs, Sharp Dressed Man
Steppenwolf Born to Be Wild and Magic Carpet Ride
Michael McDonald Ain't No Mountain High Enough
Nelly Ride With Me
OutKast The Way You Move, Roses, Hey Ya
Lenny Kravitz American Woman, Lady
Black Eyed Peas Let's Get It Started
Keith Urban Day Gone By
Gretchen Wilson Im Just Here For the Party
Queen Another One Bites the Dust

My spinning classes really seem to enjoy these!
