Need some Info.

A while back I did a starvation diet and lost alot of muscle.
I still have a belly but my arms,legs,Chest etc are small.
I Wanna get rid of my stomach so im gonna do a cut cycle. But was wondering will I gain some mass on my arms with a cut cycle consisting of Fina/prop/Winny/Clen Ill be on a Keto diet the whole time and do a carbup every 2 weeks..Any ideas?

BTW whats up. Im new here and gonna stick around a while.
 
Is this your first cycle? If so, it sounds a little heavy. I would suggest staying on a good diet, working out, and doing cardio. Then after you do some more research start a cycle.
 
personally i wouldnt doa fina cyc for ur first one, just a simple test cycle and good diet and u will see good results, anywhere from 250-500 mgs of test along with l-dex, and a good diet and u will see results
 
Remember when you starve yourself, the body will try to preserve the fat over the muscle. Eat 5-6 quality meals a day and do weight training with the cardio at the end no more than 20-30 minutes a day three times a week. The 5-6 meals and added muscle from weight training should boost your metabolism and decrease your body fat.

Then consider a cycle.

exactly. first of all if you just starved yourself why would you want to cut. Bulk first then cut it off, you can turn any stack or cycle into one to cut just based on your diet. get your diet in check forst or you will not be happy with your results.
 
Not to knock you or anything but before you look to do a cycle, why don't you just overhaul your nutrition plan? Is this your first cycle? Why would you strave yourself like that? If your diet is good all the gains in muslce and lose in fat will come.
 
That was along time ago...Now I do have a good diet and ive been on it for a while now. I do cardio 5 days a week after my weight training.
