I'm look for articles that support the Ephedrine based products are safe as long as taken properly. I know there are a bunch but I need links to actual sites if you guys can help me find some. Thanks bros 'n bro'ettes

Ephedrine isn't legal in the US, ephedra unfortunately even at 75mg doesn't do dick for me, past the first use it does nothing.
As long as you dont overdose (people have died that way, 200mg or something), you should be fine. I believe ephedrine was outlawed her for that reason, however Canadians CAN get it, wierd.

My father is 60 years old. He went from 262 to 221 in 8 weeks with the generic version of Metabolife. His doctor even told him that it was fine. The doctor said that you just have to read the label. People die because they think that since 2 is good, then 6 is better. They are wrong, just do what it says on the label and you'll see results. I prefer Xenedrine... Rock Bottom Nutrition in Cherry Hill NJ has it for like 25 bucks.....

I have taken ephedrine for a hell of a long time and here are the conclusions I have made.
If taken at a moderate dosage 50-100mgs a day for no more than 5-6 weeks at a time will probably not harm you. If you are a dumbass like I was and go on a five year run at 300-400 mgs a day you probably won't live to see 50.
if you are going to use it use pure ephedrine hcl. ephedra extract is crude and dangerous. It also poses prostate probs in some people. the eph with the guanifesin is pure shit. you can still buy pure eph hcl in most states if you order it online. you will have to send them a copy of your drivers license and social security card.
If your cutting with it use an eca stack for three weeks and then switch to clen for three.
And If you have a predisposition to high blood pressure, I would stay the hell away from it altogether. my years of eph use left me with bp of 180/120 on a good day and a resting heart rate of 110. not to good for a 28 year old.

Just to let yall know...I myself don’t' believe it to be dangerous. Only if you're a dumb ass about it and take it wrong; you have what's coming to you.

hey guys im trying to do some research here on ephedra b/c i need some kind of energy booster. I'm in college full time and i work 25hrs a week and its hard to have enough energy to work out sometimes. I have been trying to figure out
1. Proper Dosages
2. Best Place to Get
3. Side Effects (and how to prevent them)
4. How long to take it, do I need to cycle it every month etc.
Any info would be appreciated, or even sugguestions of what else to take AND why.
