need some help

5 days a go did a first sust injection in mi calf,previous 2 weeks i did 2 deca shoots in the same place and had no problems,i expected the sust to cripple mi leg being the first sust injection in that muscle so i didn't pay much attention to the fact i couldn't walk proper but today when i loock at mi ankle,witch is 35 cm under mi injection spot, i noticed that it is swollen only on the interior side of the leg so is the calf,usual sore feeling in the calf only,no pain what so ever at the ankle no red zones no fewer nothing that could be related with an infection,is it something to do with the Lymphatic system should i be really worried or it will pass soon on it's own? any help would be much appreciated

whats your cycle history and stats? why are you pinning your calfs? sounds like some of the oil may have seeped down and caused some swelling

well thank god when i woke up this morning the swelling seem to have got smaller,also i was pinning mi calf because it is very easy to see were im injecting and stuff like that
