I'm new to the forums here and can tell you that I'm glad I found this site - man, there are some incredible people here!
I am a 35 year old Male that needs to get back into shape. I'm 6'1" and weight 230. I'm approx 19% BF and want to get down to 10%. I know most of it is diet, but I'd like to get some professional help here. I'd like to know what I should be taking to help me gain strength and lose fat. I'm currently doing a cycle of clen w/ T3 - and have lost about 2% BF in just 3 weeks. I'm looking at and reading up on Tren as a steroid, but need to know what side effects I should watch out for (Gyno?). If there are any nutritionists out here that I could reach out to privately to chat - I'd be willing to do it. Any help is appreciated. Again - my goal is to significantly reduce BF, gain muscle and strength and look good. I don't want to blow up and get huge - just tight. Thanks!!!!
