Need some help!!!

Ok I did my tren injection last night, actually a friend did it for me since delts are hard to hit for me. While he was injecting my shoulder had a spasm like he had hit a nerve but it stoped after a second or 2. He continued to inject untill he was about 1in into the muscle. We were using 1 1/2" needle 25g, he aspirated and nothing finished up the injection with no pain.

Here is the weird part. After he finished my rear delt was huge. I'm not talking like it looked bigger, it looks abnormally big. Like a damn tumor or something. It feels like it has a ton of fluid in it but there is no pain what so ever. It's not red or anything.

While he was pushing the plunger he had accidently pushed the 1 1/2" needle all the way in. Which has me thinking he went through my delt and all that fluid is the tren floating around. It doesn't hurt so I'm not going to go to the doc, but how long should I wait before I consider seeing a doc? The best way to describe it is, and this will sound weird, But it looks like I have a Tricep muscle above my tricep.

Thanks for your reply bro, only thing I can think of is the tren because it couldn't have became inflamed that fast. I know, from now on I'm going with 1". I always use a bigger needle and don't go all the way in but my bro fucked up and pushed it all the way in while injecting. I guess he wasn't paying attention.

thats disgusting, but weird. I doubt if the tren is floating around your rear delt but then again what else could be!!

The spasm you had before that was definitely from hitting a nerve, 1 1/2 inch needle bro, ouch, should get some 1 inch ones. Even when I'm doing quads I use 1 inch needles!

Anyway, just have to wait a couple of days and see if your rear delt bump improves, you should be fine. Worse is that if infection occurs then see a doc to get it drained, yuk!!

1 1/2 too big bro, may be 1 inch for delts. I use 1inch on quads and 1 1/2 on glutes only.

I completely agree the needle was to big. I didn't plan on sticking the thing all the way in. But my bro did because he wasn't paying attention. typically I leave about 1/2" out of the skin and inject. I like to use 1 1/2" incase I do hit a nerve and some how the pin breaks off(hope that never happens) so I have something to grab hold of to get it out.

I think after this I will use 1" though. Also I'm certain I won't let my bro do any more injections.

I dont know what the swelling is, but here is what I do when I only have 1.5" pins and only want to use 1" of the pin. I take the needle cover and cut it with scissors so only 1 inch of the pin is sticking out when I put the needle cover back on the syringe. So the needle cover acts like a stopper only allowing the exposed part of the needle to penetrate my skin.

Thats great advice. Thanks for the advice. I spoke to a few bro's so I'm not as worried now. I guess my bro just missed the muscle and the liquid will disipate in a couple days most likely.

Tonight is shoulders so we will see if it gets sore

If it is not sore, it will probably be okay. I agree most likely it will disipitate after a couple of days. Some times a heat pad can increase circulation to the area and help the liquid disipitate. Keep us posted.

That's an interesting idea but make sure that the scissors are sterile so you don't contaminate the pin when you put the cover back on. You can never be too cautious.
What part of the delt did your buddy inject into? Is it possible that he got in between 2 of the delt heads?

I hit a nerve with a 1 1/2" one time in my quad while injecting some Winstrol. For several days the pain was pretty intense and I started to worry that I had screwed something up. A few days later the swelling went away and the pain did too. I agree on the 1" pins bro I just find a 25ga too hard to push an oil base through, so I use a 22ga. Good luck bro!
