Need Some Help, This Blows

i started my cycle this past sat. 500mg sust a week, then yesterday found out that in 3 weeks i gotta go out of town for work for almost a month. that has never happened b4... damn union............... anyhow, i only shot 250 mgs sust so far so heres my question i am pretty sure 250mg will shut you down, so do i need to run any pct? i know i dont need hcg or anything, but should i run nolva at 20mg a day for a few weeks?

also believe it or not i got sore nips off 1 damn inject a little puffieness, which i think is because i have always ran arimidex tab form , but was running the liquid arimidex this time.... so i am taking 40 mgs nolva now..
so with the puffy nips in mind whats my best bet? thanks in advance...

Nobody knows really. I think the puffy nips might be all in your head. If you have taken your first shot just recently, chances are the puffy nips ARE all in your head. The Prop ester in Sustanon is the only one getting into your system quickly. I believe there is only 40mg of prop in Sustanon. The other three esters are relatively long acting.

i am going to end up working 12-15 hr days, without going into too much detail the shop i work at is non union one of our shops in mass. is union and on strike. so i going to be busy boy with no time for proper meals or sleep. or trust me i would..

the pct isn't going to hurt, but it isn't needed. It takes aprox 3 weeks of being on before your body will shut down it's natty test.

That shot will shut him down in a few days. Maybe less. But it shouldn't require pct because it'll fade and you natural test will take it's place as needed. I would use the nolva though.

I can't remember the different studies/articles that I've read, but what I have read indicates that it will take about 3 weeks of being on anabolic steroids before your body will completely shut down it's natural test.
I'm not saying that it won't be effected, he just won't be shut down.

If what I've been reading is wrong, I'd be more than open to hearing why.

I'm also a little confused about your response. You're saying that the shot will shut him down completely, but pct shouldn't be required because he will fade into his natural test. Well wouldn't that be true also after a cycle.
What would be the difference between this and at the end of a cycle? Would it be that he would be able to recover much faster do to how long he was on?

relax bro that will barelly even do any changes to your own production, it would be different if you kept the levels even with exogenous test for months...
