Hi all,
I'm new to the forum, so if this is in the wrong place, I apologise.
What I would like to know is this:
Let's say I'm going to do 3 sets of 10 lateral dumbell raises, and 3 sets of 15 sit-up's.
Now, is it good or bad to do the following:
Do 2 sets of 10 dumbell lateral raises after each other. (Taking a 45 second break in-between).
Then, do my 3 sets of 15 sit-up's, and after that coming back to do my last sets of 10 dumbell lateral raises.
I heard another guy telling me that you should finish the one muscle exercise, and then move onto the next.
Thing is, after 2 sets of dumbell lateral raises, my shoulders are so tired, I just can't seem to do the last set.
But if I do my sit-up's, & then come back for the final set, it's cool.
I would just like to know if this is ok, exercise & muscle building wise.
Thank-you for reading this. I await your input.
