Hey guys currentley this is my workout.. on mondays I do chest,shoulders and tri's, I do these exercises for chest im doing Flat Bench, incline bench and chest fly's , im doing 4 sets on each of those.. now for shoulders im doing military press 4 sets, side laterals 4 sets and then rear deltoid raises and now for triceps, im doing dips 4 sets, tricep pull downs with the rope 4 sets aswell and also doing horseshoe single extensions same thing 4 sets....
Ok now tuesday, im doing back and for back im doing pull ups 4 sets, single arm rows 4 sets and deadlifts 4 sets aswell. Also on tuesday im doing Biceps for biceps im doing straight bar curles 4 sets , horseshoe bicep curls 4 sets and finishing them off with 21's 4 sets aswell..
Also i will throw in a decent abs workout in this day..
Day 3 Rest
Day 4: just a light upper body workout...
Day 5: Legs
Squats 4 sets , Leg extentions 4 sets , hamstring curls 4 sets and calf raises 4 sets
for supplements im taking glutamine 3 times a day and having a protein shake twice a day...
for cardio usually every day im doing a 30minute hike.. anything in this routine you could see that needs improving? im doing reps from 8-12 usually on all of those exercises
