Need some help, just finished first cycle

Jesus. 11 lean lbs is great...but still doable naturally for someone who's never lifted. With that said, unless you're working with a trainer or someone very experienced it would be difficult to make those kind of gains that quickly.

Personally I never felt THAT much different on test outside of the weight room. I thought the same thing on my first cycle - "I don't feel that much different, this isn't working" - but the results in the gym and the mirror don't lie.

Different story in the weight room...when I'm on cycle I unintentionally slap bitches in the face with my big swinging dick. But otherwise it's not a massive life-altering experience. For me I've never felt more than a slight elevation in mood, energy, and sex drive. But I have decemt natural levels so the difference may be more dramatic for others.

Basically just because you didn't FEEL that much different doesn't mean it was bunk test.

Did your balls shrink?

When you get your bloodwork, post it up here like fitguy said. Your LH, FSH, Test will tell us a lot. Careful getting it done @ a hospital or docs office, it can get pretty expensive. Privatemdlabs is a great value.
 
Was your strength up? Was your aggression up? Did your nuts shrink? All 3 should of happened. 11lbs of muscle is huge dude
 
since you've really never trained or done anything its really hard to say shit man... that's why you don't run gear when you've barely trained... its a terrible idea... you should give yourself time to grow naturally... you need to put years of training in for that... you pretty much fucked up by running a cycle right now...

i know when im on test i feel great all day... i am just on an entire different level... definitely more aggressive and horny as a motherfucker... my strength is crazy and i really don't ever want to be off of it... you should have been able to tell a big difference but then again, how can you really know when you've never trained before? i hope you learned from this...
 
This cycle was always gonna be a train wreck man, I mean, you can't have known how to train for different goals, how your body reacts to different macro splits, what you have to do to bulk or cut or recomp... going into a cycle after three months training is crazy... even your joints will be taking a beating considering they're completely deconditioned.... I suggest running an extensive PCT and then leaving the juice alone until a couple of years down the line when hopefully you'll know what you're doing...
