Need some help guys

As most of you know, the chick I love left me for her ex. Well I have lost 20 lbs in 3 weeks due to this. I am in much better spirits now and want to hit the gym really hard. Back around 2001 I was working out pretty hard and had a few cycles under my belt. I had gotten up to 248 lbs. All the knowledge that I obtained came from this board and the great guys that share what they have learned over the years. Im currently 6'3" tall and weigh 210 lbs (small for me).
I want to find a bro on the board that woulkd be willing to help me get back to that weight. One that has extensive knowledge on diet/nutrition, workout routines, and AAS. I want someone to help design my work out, diet and cycle. I would be more than willing to compensate someonme for their time.
I know that there is tons of info on diet, workouts, and cycles here, but I would like someone that is adept to design one to meet my goals. Someone to moniter my progress and make corrections/additions to my workout and diet if necesary. Im a really tall guy with wide shoulders.. Would look awesome back at 245/250/... Thanks for you help in the other post too guys. There are a lot of great guys here on this board.

I dunno bro, sounds like you're wanting someone to sign a two year phone contract or something. You work for AT&T?

Now that is Funny. But really I'm not your man but I know where your coming from, I lost about 10lbs recently over my relationship. I know guys pretty crybaby stuff sorry try not to flame me to bad. Just hang in there
 
i was wondering if any of you guys cant help me out i am 6'2 205 i have a bottle of ara test 2500 i was told to take 1 shot a week is that the best way to go i would like to get up to 225 or 230 any advice ?

any help you need just PM me your questions, i would be more than happy to help. By the way i am your same height, 6'3" and currently about 220, i lost 25 lbs in Iraq and just came back and started on the gear again.
