Need some help-first time!!!!!

Just wanted to see hello to everyone, as this is my first post!!! I have been looking at the posts on this board for a while and I really like everyones responses. Seems like everyone knows their shit and me being a newby to this spectrum, could really use some help...

Here is my main issue...I am 22 and 5'10 202. I have 11% BF although 22% around my waist. Now, I know I am responsible for a lot of this as I do drink alcohol approximately 2-3 times per week. I am just about to start a hardcore cutting cycle and wanted to know what you guys would recommend a first timer. I have used some Clen in the past and liked the results although I am looking for something more. I do cardio about 5 days a week at an hour a shot and also lift 5 times. My diet is overall very good and clean when I stick to it and I will do so in order to get ripped for summer.

However, I do not feel I have ever been able to achieve the physique I am capable of and now is the time!!!!
Please help me with your suggestions and feel free to say what up and shoot the shit if nothing else.

PS I also need to stay away from anything that promotes hair loss as everyone in my family is BALD AS HELL and I gotta hang on to these bad boys!!!
 
Welcome bro. Everyone is going to preach to you about drinking alcohol, but I left my pedastal at my friends house the other day. I will say one thing about the alcohol though. If your out getting hammered 2-3 nights per week just think of all the extra calories you're putting in your body. Let's see, Miller Light, which I do believe is the lowest calorie beer around has like 115 calories per bottle. If you drink at least 5 beers each night, which would be 15 beers in 3 nights that would be: 1,725 extra calories per week. I am sure you drink more than this. Again, I am not preaching, just pointing this out.

As for the cardio, instead of doing 1 hour all at once. Try doing 2-3 cardio sessions that are shorter in duration but higher in intensity. I would also cut your lifting and cardio down to 3-4 days per week each. It is possible that you are overtraining, especially since you are drinking and it takes time to recover from that.

I would type more, but I am feeling lazy right now. Best advice I can give you is to keep reading this board, use the search engine and when you can't find an answer ask. And listen when people give you advice.
 
welcome to the board. i'm confused, how are you 11%BF but 22% around the waist. BF% is a total, it doesnt change from place to place. also, stop drinking if you are really serious or at least cut back a little it will make a difference.
 
I had my bodyfat tested in different areas and my upper body was 8%, abs 13%, and thighs were 15%. I dont know how accurate it was, but interesting none the less.

I am going to lay off the booze completely for 4 months and stick with lifting cardio and supplementation, still looking for ideas on a good stack.

In regards to the BF comment-it was something like 6% shoulder, 6% thigh and 22% stomach (beer gut) for a composite total of 11.9% or something around there.

Well now that I got that out of my system I'd tell ya to use some anavar for your goals but if that's too expensive for ya then try some EQ.

Anavar 8 weeks @ 40mg/day
clomid week 9 100mg/day
clomid week 10-11 50mg/day

OR

Eq weeks 1-10 400mg/wk
clomid week 13 100mg/day
clomid weeks 14-15 50mg/day

GOOD ADVICE MAXX, SOME OF THE GUYS ON THIS BOARD PRESCRIBE WAY TOO MUCH GEAR FOR FIRST TIME USERS. I LKIKE THE EQ CYCLE.
