need some help finding a middle eastern product

my husband lost a blanket in the fire...

it was perhaps turkish but he bought it in iraq near the syrian border ( I might be screwing this up..I wasn't there)


this blanket was frankly a security blanket...it was a tan with dark stripes and made of a really soft goat hair


where to find it or something like it to replace it peeps..I can't find anything like it anywhere and its really one of the few sentimental things he lost..he's only mentioned it a couple of times but I know it bothers him that its gone.
I'd really like to find him some sort of replacement

and I just found the yurdan site for siirt



I wasn't kind with cleaning this blanket as far as washing machine and dryer went...but it did seem shrunk (like wool) too tight on one side...

I think the siirt blanket is it...it seems like theyre smooth on one side, rough on the other but the rough side was incredibly soft/warm
I wish I could find one with vertical stripes

it fit on a twin bed for size...
