Need some help deciding if I should add T3 or not.

Im going to start taking clen at the beginning of my cycle in April.
I bought T3 as well intending to use it. But after all the research i have done I see more people suggesting not to take it rather then take it.

I have about 12.5-13%Bf..not high by all means..but this summer I am really striving for that perfect body..(just had gyno surgery,so now nothing is standing in the way)

I was wondering if taking a T3 cycle once will lead to future problems with my thyroid, even if the dosage was not to high.

Also I dont eat that much food as I should..I dont have a number for calories or protien intake..but its maybe 3-4 meals a day not 6-8 like it should be.

I dont gain fat easily either..I have been cheating alot but the cardio I do maintain where Im at now and doesnt give fat a chance to add one.

Cardio is 4-5x a week 45mins intense

So will T3 added into my clen/aas cycle lead to slowing down my thyroid in the future?
If not, what dosage would be good for me? Thanks

It can cause life long problems yes. So you need to ask your self are you will to take that risk to reach your goals. Do you think if you just eat right you could reach your goals with out t-3.

It sounds to me like you are asking if its ok to take the easy way. Well with out a good diet even t-3 and clen is not going to work wounders
 
You`ve answered my question yet again needto..I deff dont need T3, Clen and a proper diet will do the trick. My BF is not high at all so I dont think T3 should be an option for me.. Thanks

I think just clen is plenty. If you want a insulin product try need2slin bro. Some results and you do not have to worry about it fucking you up for life.
