Im going to start taking clen at the beginning of my cycle in April.
I bought T3 as well intending to use it. But after all the research i have done I see more people suggesting not to take it rather then take it.
I have about 12.5-13%Bf..not high by all means..but this summer I am really striving for that perfect body..(just had gyno surgery,so now nothing is standing in the way)
I was wondering if taking a T3 cycle once will lead to future problems with my thyroid, even if the dosage was not to high.
Also I dont eat that much food as I should..I dont have a number for calories or protien intake..but its maybe 3-4 meals a day not 6-8 like it should be.
I dont gain fat easily either..I have been cheating alot but the cardio I do maintain where Im at now and doesnt give fat a chance to add one.
Cardio is 4-5x a week 45mins intense
So will T3 added into my clen/aas cycle lead to slowing down my thyroid in the future?
If not, what dosage would be good for me? Thanks
