need some advise, on juice

Currently I am on cycle of
500mg deca
50mg /day winstrol ttokkyo tabs
250mg of test
a week

My problem is that since I started this cycle my lips are so damn chapped and dry that I have to put lip moisturizer on 24/7 or they hurt and dry up alot.

Is that from the winstrol you think? Anyone experience similar problem ?
Any advise fior me?

maybe a dumb question, but, how's your fluid intake? When I'm dehydrated chap lips are the first sign I see.

gotta up the water intake....1-2 gallons a day. that is the only thing i can think of.
