Need some advice

Been reading about Deca alot and it seems some, rather most do not like the after effects that it has. My cycle currently is:
14 weeks
1-2 200mg test wk
3-4 200mg test mon and 150mg tren wed
5-10 200mg test mon 150 tren wed 200mg DECA fri
11-12 150 tren 200 DECA
13-14 200mg DECA


My problem is with the deca. Been on it before but am concerned about the long recovery time, and the fact that it's tough to stop the progestin related gyno.

Would this cycle be better if I replaced the deca with D-bol? I'd like to try D-bol and figure it wouldn't be too bad replacing the deca with it.

BTW: I'm 32, 5'10.5, 190lbs, 11%bf

Any suggestions from experienced users of the above including D-bol is greatly appreciated.
Of course, these amounts are relatively low, but I'm in no rush to get to a gram any time soon.

Tren and test is enough...you don't need deca in there for you may have a harder time then what you want.....Make your choice and stick with it....either go with tren and test or dbol and test....either way your regimen should look like this

tren - 1-6 or some will recommend going later in the cycle (there is no one way to doing it)
test - 1-12

or dbol 1-6
test 1-12

If this is your first cycle then I would leave tren alone...and go with

dbol 1-6 @ 20-25mg
test 1-12 @ 300-500mg (I say this because some are afraid to start at 500mg right away...plus some don't grow off test so you must find that out for yourself...I don't grow off test and have found that 500mg is unnecessary for me anyway)

I no longer say that you should just do it a particular way because many will agree that what works for one don't work for another...and ultimately you must find what works for you!!!!

Look, I do alot more readin then postin' obviously (check the count). I have been hangin out in this forum for about a year now, and I am still readin' old posts and learing, that is why i dont post that much! But now I want to meet and talk with some of the bro's and Babe's on here to chat so I am startin to post. Anyway, listen to these guys, Make sure you are ready for a cycle, my first cycle might have well been a waste, I jumped in with no PCT in mind, no real knowledge of diet and everything, and then I got to this site, and since I have made more gains without gear then with! Check your trainin' first, good luck!
 
I have also been doing a lot of research, and the cycle that I mentioned above comes from the book ANABOLICS 2004. It is claimed as a great bulking cycle for beginners. This is my second cycle.
Like I said above, I'm not in a rush to get to a gram (of each AAS) anytime soon.
Regarding those who tote RESEARCH. This I have done and am continuing to do. Perhaps instead of just making a statement, how's about incorporating some links, books, etc that contain good advice and help.
