I am getting ready to start week 4 of my cycle. I am taking 500mg of test cyp (quality vet) for 4 weeks and 500 mg ofT200(Brovel) for 4 weeks. I am currently taking arimidex(1 - 1.2 EOD) and have clomid for end of cycle. Here is my dilemma. About 4 days ago I got some sort of bug. It has progressed and is now just totally kicking my ass. I have no appetite( although I am forcing calories and protein down) and I have barely enough energy to walk around the house much less make it to the gym. I know that it would not be wise to lift when sick because I would be taxing my body with exercise and not letting it concentrate on healing. I have not lifted for 4 days and the way I am thinking , and knowing how I recuperate, I may not not make it for a few more(I am hoping for tuesday). My question is...should I stop my cycle and save what I have for a future cycle?(I would obviously add to it) Should I just plod on and not worry about missing 1 week? or should I plod on and do a future cycle. (my guess is this will be the popular choice) I am fucking sick of being holed up in this house and feel like shit when I am not at the gym. Oh well thanks for the ears(eyes) bros.

Long Ball-- sorry to hear your not feeling well bro, but I would not end your cycle because of missing this one week. Assuming the cycle is 10 weeks and you miss one week of lifting, when all is said and done, it should no prove highly consequential. I know it sucks being sick, especially when on gear, cause you feel like you are just worthless and wasting the gear, etc-- but just listen to your body and come back with great intensity when you are ready (who knows, the break may even help refresh your muscles a bit).

Just a thought, although I highly doubt it-- are you sure it isn't the gear that got you sick? Or, is it just a common type cold you got going? Anyway, good luck and don't be too hard on yourself while you are sick-- just take it easy, keep eating and get ready to start up again at the gym.

My belief is that it is just some crap going around. I work in a small sales and design firm with about 25-30 designers and engineers. we had 6 people off on friday because they were sick so I am just attributing it to that.

Possibly Test flu, or just a virus. Take 30 grams of glutamine, 500 mgs of vit c, 2000 mgs of ala, and drink a lot of water. If your on a low carb diet, stop it immediatly and and fill yourself with good carbs. Totally rest for a day and youll be fine. Dont stop.
