I'm 33 years old. I've always been big and strong until about 3 years ago when I had Gastric bypass surgery done. I lost about 140lbs. I'm 5'8" and weight 160lbs now after lifting for the past year or so. I lift 3 days a week currently, thinking of going up to 4. I have alot of skin around my midsection still from loosing all that weight and would like to fill it out some with muscle. I've decided to give roids a shot to help me gain some mass. This is the cycle that i've come up with. Any and all advice would be welcome as I am new to the steroids scene.
Week 1.
Winstrol Depot
m. 50mg
w. 50mg
f. 50mg
Primobolan Depot
200mg
Dianabol(pink thai)
Unsure of the dosage I should be taking, 25mg? before and after workout? Help with this one please. The "virgin stack" suggested Andriol but I did not see that on my sources list of stuff.
Weeks 2-4.
was going to keep weeks 2-3 the same, then week 4 I planned on halving all the dosage to complete my cycle.
Again I am new to this so my knowledge is lacking, but I would like to retain as much of my gains as possible while experiencing the least amount of side affects. Hence the short cycle. As far as I know this is the best way to do that.
