Need some advice on test

Hey guys I have been lurking this board for a while and appreciate all the info I have received.
Just to give u a bit of history about me
I am 39 yo male 5ft 8 181 about 20% BF maybe a bit more.
I have done 3 straight years of HGH and this year I have stacked it with 50 mg of anavar..
My goal is to lose weight and look very lean.
My question is if I include test cyp at 500 mg a week can I still lose weight and BF.
Any advice would be appreciated.
I am currently doing .3 IU of gh and 50 mg of var. Not that strong I know but when it comes to this I am a newbie.
 
Steroids do not burn body fat. They increase muscle protein synthesis and prevent muscle catabolism. Steroids are regularly used in pre-contest cycles because they will prevent against muscle loss on low calorie diets. The steroids themselves DO NOT burn body fat.

If you need to loose body fat, you need to perfect your diet and training. Simple as that. Look at athletes - soccer players, hockey players etc. None of them are using steroids and they are all at 8% body fat or less.

The best supplement on the market for fat loss is cardarine. If you want to supplement with something, that is what I would spend your money on. Celery will directly increase fat loss, endurance and recovery.

You will definitely be able to lose weight, but it will not be related to testosterone use, but rather to diet and cardio training. No matter the PED, you use or steroids you take, if you do not follow a proper diet, no compound will ever help you lose fat.

Also, if all you want to do is lose fat, then Cardarine would be a much better alternative, since it has no side effects, and yet it is very effective for fat loss. Besides, it will drastically improve your endurance and recovery, which will help with Cardio, and consequently lead to even more enhanced fat loss. I would strongly disagree with that. Most NBA players are jacked and on gear
 
you have been on HGH for 3 years with var and you still can't lose body fat which should tell you that hormones and growth do not help you lose fat unless your diet is in check

you need to eat better bro pure and simple. I can't imagine how much money you've wasted on GH this whole time with no results to show for it
