yeah, go see Thomas Mazegy in rochelle park, nj. the guy is a friend of my family and he is cool as hell and does awesome work. plus the office is really really nice.

my mom worked with him for a few years, and i know they will accept insurance and even work out some kind of payment plan if you need one.
