I just finished my bulking cycle and was very happy with the results. I used LFC tren and spectro eth and gained 22lbs which is good for me because I've done a few cycles in the past. Anyway, I want to shed some fat in the midsection. I'm an ecto and cardio usually takes a lot of muscle from me. What dosage of test would be good to spare most of the muscle. My plan is to do 30 minutes of cardio in the morning 4 days a week. I'm dropping most of my carbs and doubling my protein. I will be doing a small amount of t3 12.5 or 25 mgs and a fat burner. Any advice. In the past I lost to much overall body weight and I don't want to that this time. I want to drop about 4 to 5% body fat. I'm around 12 to 14 percent bodyfat right now. I appreciate the help.
