Need some advice for T-3 Doseing

I have used T-3 years and years ago... Back in the day, when you had to taper, cycle on and off... all broscience back then and everyone believed it. Back then I was using it to melt away fat. Doseing if i can remember its been a long time. 120-150mcg somewhere around there. at that dose it did what everyone said it was going to do, make you flat, burn fat and muscle.

Ok my question today, just confused jumping and reading from different boards, peoples different approaches, reading that tren can lower thyroid etc... etc...

What I want from the t-3 is not a high dose where its going to risk burning muscle.. but I want opinions on what dose/length of time t-3 can be used as a nutrition partitioner.. for lack of better words? I would like my thyroid to be at optimal level, but not at the point im going to be sacrificing gains.. would be nice to burn a bit of fat here and there.

I hope I kind of made sense,,, its been a long day.

would 50-75mcg be an alright dose for this? Could a lower dose like this be ran for say 6 months? Would it hinder any gains?

You could try just a small dose like 12.5-25mcg and see how you resond and go from there.
I would have some blood work done on your thryoid before I did anything though to see where
your at.
 
how long can this be ran for? or how long have people ran a maintnance dose like this for? could it be ran for say a year? safely?
 
Id start at 20mcg and work up til you feel your at right dose then hold for 3-4Weeks then taper.back down

There is no reason to taper down with t3. When u add t3 ur shutdown. Dose does not matter!

U can run a low dose for atleast 8 weeks. But the longer thehigher risk.
I would try 20mg a day for starters 40 mins before cardio. Or atleast before cardio.. Halflife is short..
For me 220 lbs i find 40-60 mcg to be perfect for fatburn..

You wil have a hard time building muscle even if your on aas
 
so with t3 there is no way to build muscle? how come some people use it while bulking? but at lower doses? I thought at a lower dose, it was good for nutrition partition?
 
I wouldn't use t3 unless your on anabolics. Stay around 50mcg imo

THIS. I tried several months ago to use liquid t3 for this purpose and i didn't like it much so i quit taking it. Like Keith said, if you aren't on AAS then you're going to lose muscle.

im on
1500mg test
750mg tren E

will be experimenting soon with 1g tren to see how she goes... Only side I get from Tren is sweating. been on AAS for 8 years
 
Bro if ur on that dose of gear 50mcg of t3 won't affect your strength but will definitely keep you more lean
 
so 50mcg is a good dose. I dont want to cross the line where it will melt muscle away...How high can you go before that becomes a big factor? I want to do a nice clean lean bulk. without much fat gain if possible.
So I want to add the t-3 at a dose where it will help with nutrition partitioning as well as keeping me some what lean. I really need to attend some english classes haha I suck at explaining things.
