i came accross 400 D-bol (thai 5mg) and 8 Amps of Deca (200 Mg)
what's the best i can do with this.

well it's personall more trouble than it's worth...But if you insist on using it...

Deca 200 mgs per week for 8 weeks
d-bol @25 mgs per day for 6 weeks
