I Had To Change My Chest Routine And Some Of The Exercises , The New Gym That Im Going Doesnt Have The Cable Fly And Heavy Dumbellss. Only Thins Are Smith Machine, Bench Press, Light Dumbells, Press Machine So My Rotine Is
