I have going to to same Doc for 22yrs. He knows I lift, he knows I ask for blood work ups from time to time and Liver and Kidneys work-ups as well. He never ask's If I take roids, he probably thinks it. WE have a professional and personal reletionship as well. My question is should I tell him I do roids? Would it change how he views my history with him, professional and otherwise? Or should I keep my mouth shut?

why not? i think you under estimate the lay persons' ability to spot juicers. there is a huge difference between juicers and non. you're not fooling anyone.

it all depends, if he is going to put aas related issues or issues he feels might be related to use on insurance forms that could void or fuck up your health insurance. if he will not do this then tell him.

No........he will put it in your records and your insurance company has access to it. Then you will have a hard time getting life insurance in the future

Hey bro there is no doubt in my mind he's goin' to change his mind about you but, he will get over it eventually, besides if he's you doc he should def know about everything that might affect the blood work,

good luck with that.

Human Target can you read, "No BS Please". I know I am not fooling anyone, like I needed you to tell me that. Piss off!

agreed

Respect your doctors ethical position. If he wanted to know he would have asked by now. He's not stupid so he doesn't ask so it doesn't put him an ethical bind of putting that information in your medical record. That record stays with you for the rest of your life remember. If you want blood work just ask for the blood work. He will know what it's for but he won't have to note it in your file. Cover his ass so he can cover yours.

Yeah he always does my bloodwork and liver values checks and never says anything. He a great Doc, very smart and a good friend. He know's what is up and yes he covers his ass and mine very well.

Your doctor is someone you don't want to lie to. If he asks, tell him the truth. But don't just go in one day and say "hey, I'm on roids".
