Need professional or veteran advice

I am 41 years old and recently began lifting again after 8 years. Began lifting at age 13 and have always been all natural. My bench is 345 but I would like to be stronger. I am 5-5, 185-195 bulky shoulders, arms and chest but I would like to have less fat around the middle. Interested in gear to help, but not sure with my age, and I do take meds to keep my B/P and cholesterol in check. Would like advice from veteran gear users. Thank's Roy

Well my first question would be "what is your #1 priority and goal regarding a desire to use gear?". You say you bench 345 and that is a very respectable max for someone that has been away from lifting for 8 years (that's actually even respectable for someone that has BEEN lifting for 8 years) But, you also say you'd like to be leaner around the middle. I think you need to decide if you want to be a powerlifter or look the best you can possibly look (muscular and lean). At your age (I'm just a couple years behind you) I would not focus on being able to bench 400lbs but would want to look my best while still being fairly strong. These two goals just can't be achieved together. You just can't (even with gear) see huge strength increases while also getting significantly leaner. Some will argue with me but at 41 it just isn't gonna happen. If your goal is to look great and considering you are already strong I would reccomend GH, deca and winnie. Do 3 IU's of GH ed (5 on 2 off), 300-400mg deca per week and 50mg of winnie every day. This is in my opinion the single best cycle for someone over 35 that is looking for stunning results. Just be prepared to pay because the best cycle is NOT the cheapest cycle. Now, if your goal is just to get strong I'd go with test 600mg per week, deca 400mg per week and anavar 25-30mg per day. Just think this all the way through before you hit the gear. Ask yourself if you really need it and way the negatives and most important have a very specific and well thought out goal before you decide what to take. Too many people think, "hey, I want to get big and cut so I need to take gear. What should I take?" These people never are happy with their results because they had no specific goal going in so thei diet and training and gear consumption was not working synergistically. Post some stats and specific goals ie bf% goal, weight goal etc and you'll get lots of help here. Good luck and be careful.

My current stats
37 yrs old
5'8"
183lbs
10% bf (and struggling to get lower)

THANK'S FOR YOUR RESPONSE. I WOULD RATHER LOOK THE BEST I CAN FOR MY AGE IS THE MAIN GOAL. I'VE BEEN DOING RESEARCH ON GEAR AND AM VERY INTERRESTED IN GH BUT THE COST IS SOMETHING TO CONSIDER. WOULD LOVE TO TRY. WHEN YOU ADD ALL THE GEAR UP WITH ANTI EST. IT'S HARD EVEN FOR SOMEONE WITH 200G INCOME TO AFFORD WITHOUT THE WIFE WONDERING WHERE ALL THE MONEY IS GOING. THANK'S AGAIN FOR YOUR RESPONSE, ROY.

GH is right down your alley, bro.

It will lower your BF% and restore your vitality.

Gearwise, you could go a number or routes. Have you considered asking your doc for HRT? It wouldn't hurt to ask. If not there are other options.
