lol, this is a joke right? even I know this isnt where you should look to get big, okay honestly you cant be training hard AT ALL right now if u weight 122 lbs. thats like nothing bro. u have to start natural, serriously, i dont know why but that seems like suicide from where your at right now. second, 4-5 hrs a day? uhm, thats overkill, to be effective about an hr a day 5 days a week is a good workout to build on. find a partner, someone your size to workout with after school every day. hit the weight room every day after school with your pal. at least wait untill your at 18. Honest to god I added 75lbs to my bench since school started at the beginning of this year, compleetly naturaly, well, with the exception of creatine. Grab some creatine powder, l glutamine, and protein powder. work on that for a while, if you devote your self you will be surprise. And by pinner im guessing you ment meth? yea thats fuckin dumb, not to be an asshole, but drop that, it will kill u, prevent any kind of gains from weight training, and suck up all your money. drop the drugs, buy some of the things i listed and get started. the 2 cant go hand in hand (drugs and training) well, not while seeing any results at least. please take to heat what Ive said, if you need some help let me know, ill help ya out with your training schedual.
