For those who dont know me I am 6 ft - 6'1 about 205 lbs at about 8-10%bf Working out off and on for 15 years but got serious about lifting maybe 2-3 years ago. I have done 4-5 cycles. My first 2 were dumb. I was too young and had no clue.
The purpose of this thread is to get some ideas on my next cycle. I wanna be 220 lbs by next summer and then go natty for a long time once I hit 220 and can hold it.
What I have:
dball enough to do 50mg/day for 8 weeks
Test enough for 500mg/wk for 20 -24 weeks
Tren enough to do about 200-250 mg for about 16 weeks.
Deca 200mg/ml x 10cc. I have 2 bottles.
I am not saying I wanna do all this in one cycle or run the amounts I have for that long. I am just giving you an idea on what I have on hand. I ove tren and have only used it once. It was the short acting but the one I have will be the longer acting esther.
How should I set this up and run these compounds?
My diet is on par as well as PCT. I have HCG to run during and after with Derma, Lipoflame, and clomid only if needed.
