What I want it is a 5 day routine. Mon-Fri and have weekends off. This would work best with my work schedule.
For each day state what excerises I should be doing for that part as well. I have my own ideas but want the bro's.
I'm 6'2...215LBS. On 1st cycle....2nd week....of deca 300 and susty to bulk for 10 weeks.
