Ehh...i used to think sleep was the most important thing next to training and nutrition. Now, not so much. When my hormones are poppin', sleep don't mean so much. When u literally feel like a beast...u will grow like a fUkin wildebeest! I work 12-14 hrs a day, eat like a hog, and train like a manimal! Fuck sleep, eating clean and and babying your routine. It's all about your hormones and genetics. That may sound harsh but it's true. Eat a fuckton of meat and dairy, train insane and learn what kind of training works best for u...ie...# of reps and sets. That is where u will find your niche! Even Arnold says that 6 hrs sleep is sufficient.
