Need low test levels of blood work ?

Hey all I'm trying to get a hrt script , 45 and natty at moment I had bloods done 6 months ago from private lab and was on the low side ,lipid panel was fine .
So is there a easy way to make sure I get my levels nice and low without screwing up my other numbers to much ( cholesterol) I have some S4 would that lower it enough and clear my system ?
Any help thanks , my history of cycles is long and over many years I'm no noob but always learning .

At your age if you go to thr proper doc you wont have any problems getting on TRT. The problem comes when you try and get TRT from your standard general practitioner or endo and 9 times out of 10 they have sporadic low dosing so you dont want to use them anyway. That being said the issue isnt artificially lowering your T levels, its simply finding the right doc.

That being said, if you have any of the following symptoms, then low T is likely just a side effect of an underactive thyroid (regardless of what your labs say). So unless the low T is really hitting you hard you may want to look at optimizing thyroid function and see if that helps before going on trt.


Fatigue
Increased sensitivity to cold
Constipation
Dry skin
Unexplained weight gain
Puffy face
Hoarseness
Muscle weakness
Elevated blood cholesterol level
Muscle aches, tenderness and stiffness
Pain, stiffness or swelling in your joints
Heavier than normal or irregular menstrual periods
Thinning hair
Slowed heart rate
Depression
Impaired memory

Docs and clinics that specialize in anti-aging understand that you dont have to have labs below range to suffer from low T, that will be your best bet when it comes to finding a doc.

I dont know how things work outside the US but we had a large selection of "grey area" TRT clinics that would treat you by phone. Many of them took advantage of this huge market and would charge insane prices because they know many clients were from out of state and in their home state had little alternative.

Recently laws have changed and these clinics now need to see people face to face and a lot of these clinics went out of biz. It took me a while but I finally found a clinic local to me with reasonable prices.

My numbers are in and I got email to make appointment to talk about results , I check my labs on line and every thing is nice except my test levels , I can't view the whole report only the total test numbers (247) so I will get full copy from her this wk at appointment .
I'm going to ask how many trt HRT patients she sees and her view and protocol on treatment , timing , doses , and her ideal and my ideal numbers them I will check back in here and let you all know .

She isn't a anti age Dr but has impressed me with her knoll age and time to listen to what I say , if I don't think she is upto it or she has doubts I will go elsewhere .
