Need instructions for chest injections.

Well, I'm entertaining the idea of site injections in the chest. Any links to websites, or can anyone give me a detailed procedure? The search brings up crap. Thanks in advance....SM

I did one and followed advice that Big Buck had given. I went into the upper outer part of the pec (towards the delt). The pin hurt a little going in, but there was absolutely no soreness the next day. It's too bad Buck isn't around right now, cause I think he does every injection in his chest.
