THIS IS GOING TO BE MY FIRST CYCLE.
I work out 5 days a week and do cardio 3 days a week.
My protien in take is about 400g and calories is about 2500g
I want to run 10 weeks of test prop with either EQ or Deca and then finish it off with some wini and clen. and then run clomid
If you guys could help out with my mg per wk and if i should go with the eq or deca that would be great. I want to put on some lean mass and be cut.
